z-a-c It’s Halloween time, when the veil is thinnest betwixt the land of the living, the land of the dead, and especially the land for those who walk between the lands. Zombies. Get out there, keep your guard up, aim for the head, and remember your double tap.

Zombie theatre has been done,  “Zombieland” hosted zombie walks across the country, but now it’s time for some scary new interactivity. Zombies Attack Chicago is a live interactive event incorporating mixed media, make-up, special effects, and stage violence. Based on the film genre, this production of Chicago’s Nothing Without a Company propels the audience into a zombie movie. Through a series of “Choose Your Own Adventure” incidents, the audience must decide how to weather the onslaught of the undead. How will you survive a night of the living dead?

UPDATE:

It’s good. It’s fun. And it’s at a bar, so you’ll have plenty of opportunity to make booze-soaked poor decisions to determine the fate of you and those around you. You won’t know what’s going on, who’s who, or even if you yourself are a zombie. No two performances are alike! Good luck surviving it.

It should also be mentioned the building it takes place in is known for haunts and a trouble, slightly murdery / death filled past.

Dude this would be awsome! And I don’t even live that far away from Chicago. Stupid deployment. If I wasn’t in Iraq I would probably be buying tickets and going. Does anyone know if this is something they do every year?

Hey did you by any chance see a reality show on TV about a survival colony. It was suppost to be about something like a group of people are held up in this building after a world wide disaster and they had to find their own food, make their own shelter and were in charge of their own defenses. That would be AWSOME if they could make a show that incorperated a Zombie Apacolypse. Like they could hide paintball guns and things like that around that you would have to run around to find, and then there would be ammo and food and different kinds of shelter and defenses that you could build up. I would try and get on that show.

Sounds fun. They should have a National Zombie Preparedness Convention or something like that where like a hundred people go to a ghost town and have one person start out as a zombie and the zombie infects more and more people, but the people have paintball guns or something, you know? and the person that’s the last survivor wins a thousand bucks or something. that would be prime, 20 bucks per ticket, a hundred people 2 thousand dollars.

What if a group teamed up? They would either choose to split the cash or shoot it up?
