This is liteally the worst weapon for several reasons:
*A chainsaw is a melee weapon you have to reload(gas and power cells run out)
*Its loud heavy and dificult to control
*its ineficient: a two pound machete vs.a ten pound chainsaw
*and it’s on the end of a gun! Know what that means?your accuracy has suddenly gone to Shit!

yeah i’m pretty sure when you have a large ammo supply and a gun safe stuffed full of rifles, pistols, and shotguns of various types like me you don’t really need some sort of creative weapons I mean in Stratton, Maine thats as remote as it gets (except for some town in Nebraska or some place near there that has a town population of 1) I mean really! you only need a some what fast and durable car, friends, a gun, food supply, and (this will be very important for traveling) a computer to communicate to everybody outside your area. and chainsaws aren’t great at all because of fuel or energy consumption, plus its loud and bulky.

gotta love the carnaige of a chainsaw… you have to admitt if you had two choices … 1.) regular bayonett … or 2.) CHAINSAW bayonet wich do you think you would pickup… the fact that he could affix a chainsaw to a rifle and both of them function is pretty cool, and the virus getting in open cuts scabs and openings… its called band aides people!

@ Logan, im still kickin ;) been out doing normal soldier things, missions, getting smoked for doing pranks on fellow soldiers, or worse, commanding officers o.O just passing the time in the sand box.

@ Psicerio i would be with Purple eater, it would lesson the muzzle rise when fireing, but at the same time (if you dont have a weapon heavy enough like an M-4) it would be pretty front heavy, and it would be a pain in the rear to keep a stable aiming platform, but its possible, as for lead stock, that would be over kill on weight, most guns (shotguns, assault rifles, high powered rifles) tend to be on the heavy side anywho, 5-10 pounds not counting being loaded, so it would be a hassel lugging it around on the move.

p.s. i vote for the new quote (ryhmed lol) id deffinatly knock before i blow the lock, unless i know its clear of antsy survivors and full of zeds, then im kickin the door in and goin to town, well on second thought maybe not, (ryhmed again) ill figure it out when i get there, as for now we got camel spider fights going down next door, ill be back lol

@Psiciero: It would actually lessen the kick of your gun quite a bit, so I’d just as soon leave it w/out the weighted stock.

i would kill to have a weapon like that! but wouldnt there be a off center weight? but i guess thats fixable just like a lead stock or something that might work,.

Or save the space weight and gas needed and use a crowbar (witch is my travel melle weapon) or like mike said; use a shotgun shell. Chances are for me that if some place is barricaded its either filled with armed survivors or a ton of zombies that used to be survivors. KNOCK FIRST.
